当代高层写字楼劈头于上世纪初的美国芝加哥,这一种类发展至今也与早期资本主尺度化、高服从大生产的传统有着一脉相承的血缘关系。我们的目的是探索新一代摩天楼怎样既恭敬都市现有空间肌理,又能在都市整体形象中适当地表达自身的本性,既满意当代高层写字楼生态节能的要求,又能在经济性与布局公道性等多重条件限定下有新的突破,而且这种突破并非只限于创造奇特的视觉地标,同时也成为拓展都市生活新的大概性和创造性的舞台。

Modern high-rise office buildings origin from Chicago at the beginning of last century ,this kind of development shares the same root with the !early stage of standardization of capitalism and the tradition of massive and efficient production.

Our goal is to explore a way for the new generation of skyscrapers to display its characterproperly in the whole city image while showing fully respect to the current city layout.Those skyscrapers should not only meet the requirements of eco-friendly and energysaving like other modern high-rise office buildings, but also achieve some breakthroughs under multiple restrictions like economy and rational structure. Moreover, that kind of breakthrough means not just creating unique visual landmark, but building a new arena for exploring new possibility and creativity of city life.

高度集约化的垂直空间组织模式每每造成与其外部都市公共空间的断绝,而其内部也形成无休止的复制、单调的工作空间。别的高层写字楼可以说是在北方天气条件下产生的修建种类,完全关闭的室内空间与自然环境完全断绝,人与自然没有沟通,从而加剧身处修建内部的人在心理上的孤单感。因本项目所处的特别地理位置极其得天独厚的自然条件,我们视图探究的是这一种类在中国南边怎样顺应本地特别的天气条件,同时通过对塔楼“尺度层”塑造单一重复的垂直性的修正,在空中组成机动多样的办公聚落并引入开放空间,与自然对话,创造一种富于想象力且相宜南边天气环境的新的摩天楼种类,重新唤起人与自然及人与人之间的沟通。

In most cases, highly intensive vertical space organization mode will isolate the building from external urban public space, and the internal space will also be formed by endless identical working places.In addition, high-rise office buildings is a kind of architectural formulated under the climate condition of the north; completely enclosed indoor space separates from natural environment. With no connections with nature, it is easy to intensify the psychological loneliness of people who works in the building.

Due to its specific geological position and unique natural condition, the project aims to make this kind of building adapt to the specific climate condition of the south. At the same time, through adjusting the identical vertical space organization mode, the project also targets to bring different kinds of working settlements to open space. With all that achieved, people can create a new kind of skyscraper which is well-adjusted to the climate and environment of the south, and more i!mportantly, reignite the communication between human and nature as well as conversation between people.
